Out of the Dark Room...

Well, this is my first post on here. I hope that y'all enjoy...

Here at CU, I am enrolled in a photography class which takes up a lot of time. Time that could be spent in bed, out with friends, or just sitting at the computer. But I must admit that I really do enjoy the class. When you are all alone down there in the basement of Jesse Hall, and only a red light is glowing and your music is playing, it is quite relaxing.
I was down there for about four hours tonight, and I printed four photographs... not too bad. The first one turned out pretty good, I did not notice any spots on the photo. The second and third were the same picture, I could not get the film clean, so there were a few spots that I am going to have to ink over. But the fourth picture turned out extremely well, I could not get over the fact that I was the one that took the picture and printed it. It was kind of one of those things where you just look at it... and you can't believe that you did it. I don't know how to really describe it, but I was kind of shocked.
I will have to spend some more hours down there later this week, once I get more paper to print on. But until I can relax in the dark room, I will stick to playing the guitar.
